All homesites will have custom homes designed by top name architects. Aspen adds an additional homesite in the Harrison Street neighborhood, which features sweeping views including the Bellevue and Seattle skylines. Aspen will also be building homes on two homesites in the Grand Ridge Drive neighborhood where the 2+ acre homesites allow maximum privacy and design flexibility.
